What you will do

• Partner with providers to deliver hands-on care during home visits.
• Perform phlebotomy and other essential medical tasks as directed.
• Gather patient information, take vitals, and assist with translation.
• Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health records (EHR).
• Coordinate care gaps and support patient engagement efforts.
• Drive independently or with providers to conduct member visits.

Requirements

• Must reside in or near Burlington County, NJ
• Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
