What you will do
- Analyze diverse datasets including single-cell RNA-Seq, ATAC-Seq, and spatial transcriptomics.
- Develop and maintain scalable bioinformatics pipelines.
- Collaborate with experimental biologists and PIs to plan project requirements and timelines.
- Write maintainable and performant code for complex biological analyses.
- Present research findings in group meetings and lead projects for first-author publications.
Requirements
- BS degree with 2+ years of experience and a publication record, or an M.S. in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python or R.
- Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning methods.
- Experience analyzing biological data, specifically single-cell or spatial transcriptomics.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Cambridge, MA.
