What you will do

• Lead a small team of facility coordinators and maintenance workers.
• Oversee repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment.
• Manage capital projects, prepare operating budgets, and analyze variance reports.
• Coordinate with EHS staff to ensure safety training and compliance reporting.
• Manage access control, visitor processes, and supply ordering for sites.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least 5 years of experience in an equivalent position (e.g., Office Manager, Maintenance Technician).
• At least 3 years of experience in providing integrated facilities management services.
• Bilingual: Strong English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours, including weekends, as needed.

Nice to have

• Certified Facilities Service Manager (FSM) with relevant experience.
