What you will do

• Act as the primary Finance liaison for consumer growth, owning weekly/quarterly demand forecasts, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Drive cross-functional new product roadmaps and launch planning with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Continuously improve forecasting and reporting processes to support faster, data-driven decisions.
• Analyze the financial impact of growth experiments to prioritize business and engineering initiatives.
• Evaluate consumer insights and analytics to identify winning demand generation approaches.
• Lead the development and execution of strategic growth programs and campaigns to maximize customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, investment banking, or business operations.
• 1+ years of experience using Excel for financial modeling.
• U.S. Person status required (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) per ITAR regulations.
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and other SpaceX locations.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, growth strategy, or investment banking.
• Experience in early and growth stage startups.
• Background in financial analysis with proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
• Industry experience in telecom, technology, consumer products, automotive, or maritime.
