hirify.global is building an AI-native platform for HR where agents automate tasks previously handled via tickets and forms.

What you will do

• Own product areas from discovery to launch, conducting research and driving the shipping process.
• Design the composable layer and primitives for AI agents, including context, tool integration, and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Build extensible connectors, configuration tools, and guardrails for enterprise customers.
• Define agent behavior, knowledge boundaries, and hand-off protocols to humans.
• Develop working prototypes and demos to validate ideas before engineering implementation.
• Collaborate with CHROs and HRIT leaders to translate customer needs into product decisions.

Requirements

• Strong product and operational judgment with a defensible product taste.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic tools in daily work (e.g., Claude, Cursor, n8n, Replit).
• Deep intuition for agentic systems, including prompting, context, tool use, and evaluations.
• Ability to read code, query data, and build technical prototypes.
• Experience working in high-intensity, fast-paced environments.
• Location: Must be based in Israel

Nice to have

• Background in HR tech, enterprise SaaS, or systems-of-record.
• Proven track record of shipping 0→1 products to market.
