Director, Product Design (Ecommerce): Leading design within hirify.global Health to create an integrated suite of services for pet parents, veterinarians, and pharmacists with an accent on omni-channel experiences across the full care journey. Focus on reinventing pet care delivery through the design of telemedicine, triage, and prescription workflows.

Location: Hybrid (3-4 days in office), must be based in Bellevue, WA or Boston, MA

Salary: $204,500 - $300,000

What you will do

• Lead and inspire multiple product design teams delivering high-quality, user-centered experiences.
• Define and drive a long-term design vision and strategy focused on delivering Connected Care.
• Influence multi-year product roadmaps and drive innovation through customer-centric thinking.
• Create cohesive, scalable experiences across platforms and devices to deliver business growth.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, research, and business leaders.
• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing design team while evolving operational excellence.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in UX/Product Design.
• 10+ years of experience leading design teams, including managing other managers.
• Must be based in Bellevue, WA or Boston, MA (Hybrid: 3-4 days in office per week).
• Proven ability to lead across multiple complex products or programs in high-growth environments.
• Expertise in UI design, information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience designing complex workflows for professional and expert users.
• Background in consumer experiences for healthcare or other regulated industries.
• Experience delivering multi-channel experiences (web, mobile, in-clinic/POS, etc.).
