What you will do

• Own end-to-end decisioning and pricing optimization engines using large-scale historical and market data.
• Develop and implement machine learning models to uncover actionable insights and guide strategic planning.
• Collaborate with business partners to refine strategies, analyze deal structures, and deliver P&L expectations.
• Lead and run complex analytical projects autonomously, presenting findings to executive stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach peer data scientists and provide technical leadership across the enterprise.
• Translate complex business problems into viable, scalable, and sustainable data science solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in data science or related fields.
• Undergraduate or advanced technical degree in Math, Physics, Engineering, Finance, or Computer Science.
• Proficiency in Python and various techniques for data extraction and preparation.
• Strong expertise in statistical inference, data wrangling, and big data analytics.
• Must be based in Southfield, Michigan, USA.
