What you will do

• Design and build AI-first platforms and tools to significantly enhance the developer experience for Snowsight.
• Drive strategies to improve agentic development workflows and infrastructure to increase developer productivity.
• Improve platform reliability by investing in observability, alerting, SLOs, and automated remediation.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineering teams to drive end-to-end solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of engineering processes, tooling, and standards.

Requirements

• 12+ years of industry experience developing tools for large codebases.
• Fluency in Go, Java, or Python.
• Strong CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Experience working on enterprise-grade build systems.
• Outstanding written and oral English language skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Bellevue, WA or Menlo Park, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with or strong interest in AI or LLM-based applications (agents, prompt/tool engineering, evals).
