What you will do

• Lead strategic solution roadmap discussions, aligning customer business objectives with Atlassian capabilities and potential AI enhancements.
• Map corporate initiatives to measurable KPIs and advise stakeholders on technology direction through sustained trusted-advisor mentorship.
• Define system architecture and provide high-level oversight for implementation and solution deployment for enterprise-scale projects.
• Design robust integrations between Atlassian and other enterprise systems, leveraging partner technologies to reduce friction.
• Guide complex architectural decisions, including governance/compliance requirements, and advise on change management for adoption.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype app innovations and custom solutions; support strategic sales and proposal presentations.

Requirements

• 5+ years working as an Atlassian technical consultant, solutions architect, or in pre-sales.
• Proven experience guiding customers through significant technology and process change, including change management strategy.
• Experience mentoring other consultants or architects.
• Experience delivering Atlassian solutions with audit trail requirements, RBAC, and change governance workflows aligned to regulated industry standards.
• Deep expertise in one or more domains: Enterprise Service Management (Jira Service Management/ITIL), Governance & Compliance Architecture (audit/RBAC/compliance-aligned workflows), Enterprise Strategy & Planning (Jira Align/Focus/Advanced Roadmaps), World-Class Software Development (Jira Software/Bitbucket/CI-CD/DevOps/Scaled Agile), or Cloud Migration (Atlassian Cloud/JCMA/CCMA/Teamwork Foundation).
• Relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture, Service Management (ITIL), Agile (SAFe), DevOps, or Change Management (Prosci); multiple Atlassian certifications are highly desirable.
