What you will do

  • Request and obtain medical records from hospitals and clinical facilities via portals, phone, and email.
  • Review records for completeness and accuracy, resolving issues with missing or duplicate data.
  • Track request statuses and maintain detailed logs and databases.
  • Organize and upload medical records into electronic platforms.
  • Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, PIPEDA, and other privacy regulations.
  • Process authorizations and releases of information (ROI).

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare services.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and the healthcare system.
  • Intermediate or above data entry skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Must be based in Colombia.
