About the Role

You will focus on self-serve growth for ElevenAgents. You will develop and scale acquisition channels through paid digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, SEO, in-person events, and viral launches. You will also analyze acquisition-channel and user data to improve growth efforts, translate the APIs and Agents platform into value propositions for small-business users, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Understand APIs and the Agents platform deeply
• Translate technical capabilities into value propositions for small-business users
• Have extensive experience running and optimizing data-driven growth marketing campaigns
• Know SEO, performance marketing, influencer marketing, and organic social
• Demonstrate ownership, autonomy, action orientation, and automation
• Demonstrate initiative and accountability for outcomes and systems
• Maintain a high bar for quality, clarity, and impact
• Have founder or early-stage experience building and scaling something from scratch
