What you will do

• Execute end-to-end omnichannel promotions bridging brick-and-mortar properties and online gaming.
• Develop and launch CRM campaigns via email and push channels to drive player retention.
• Manage promotional assets, including terms and conditions, banners, and site updates.
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops, Marketing, and Analytics to develop targeting strategies and execution plans.
• Monitor KPIs and perform A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness and revenue growth.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with gaming and privacy standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in CRM marketing or digital communications within gaming, entertainment, or hospitality.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, specifically Optimove.
• Experience with customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to interpret data related to retention, conversion, and campaign ROI.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable gaming licenses.
• Must be based in the USA.
