CRM Specialist (iGaming): Implementing and enhancing the overall CRM strategy for the 777.CH brand with an accent on campaign creation, execution, and optimization for casino and poker products. Focus on building a best-in-class customer experience throughout the player lifecycle and driving optimization through quantitative insights.
Location: Hybrid in Baden, Switzerland (up to 50% remote)

What you will do
- Create, monitor, and optimize promotional Casino and Poker CRM campaigns across the brand and external partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external game providers to coordinate promotions and marketing for new releases.
- Maintain CMS content for the 777.ch website, including quality assurance and bug fixes.
- Perform user segmentation and targeting based on game preferences and gaming frequency.
- Analyze campaign data to provide recommendations and weekly reporting.
- Process customer complaints and ensure a seamless cross-sell experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of CRM professional experience, ideally in online casino.
- Business proficiency in German and English is essential.
- Strong understanding of CRM strategies and multi-channel marketing (email, SMS, push notifications).
- Analytical mindset with a passion for driving optimization through quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Experience managing CMS content.
Nice to have
- Experience using the Optimove CRM platform.
- Proficiency in French.
