TL;DR
Lead Data Scientist (Agentic AI + AWS) (Generative AI and Agentic Systems): Defining technical direction and delivering production-ready multi-agent systems, NLP pipelines, and AI/ML solutions on AWS with an accent on scalable architecture, full ML lifecycle management, and client-focused strategy. Focus on designing autonomous agent workflows, optimizing LLMOps and monitoring, and mentoring Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
Location: Poland; remote or office work

operates an AI and Data Science Center of Excellence with more than 170 Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Architects, delivering AI solutions for global clients.
What you will do
- Define the technical vision for Generative AI and agentic AI initiatives and align delivery with business goals.
- Design and implement multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Shape AI strategies with clients and translate complex technical concepts into production-ready solutions.
- Build and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions primarily on AWS in collaboration with MLOps and DevOps teams.
- Establish end-to-end AI development processes covering data pipelines, LLMOps, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor Data Scientists and ML Engineers and contribute to technical publications, case studies, and industry events.
Requirements
- Advanced Python proficiency and hands-on experience with agentic and Generative AI tools.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, transformer models, and LLMs.
- Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, multi-agent system design, and autonomous decision-making patterns.
- Familiarity with AWS and experience deploying AI/ML solutions to major cloud providers across the full production ML lifecycle.
- Experience leading or mentoring Data Science or ML teams and driving technical vision.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher, spoken and written; a Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
