What you will do

• Provide end-to-end AML compliance consulting for clients under the Estonian regulatory framework.
• Advise on the implementation and enhancement of AML policies and internal controls.
• Support clients in interpreting and applying applicable AML legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments to recommend practical improvements to compliance frameworks.
• Prepare and review compliance documentation, risk assessments, and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective compliance solutions and support business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be a current resident of Estonia
• Native or professional fluency in Estonian
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
• 2+ years of experience in AML, compliance, financial crime prevention, or a related regulatory field.
• Strong knowledge of the Estonian AML regulatory framework.
• Experience developing, implementing, or maintaining AML compliance programmes and policies.

Nice to have

• Experience working within fintech, iGaming, financial services, or payments.
• Experience advising clients or multiple business stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Familiarity with risk-based AML approaches and regulatory best practices.
• Experience engaging with regulatory authorities or supporting regulatory inspections.
