Legal Associate (International, Remote)

Company: international legal consulting firm specializing in high-risk industries — iGaming, Crypto, FinTech, and Brokerage

Format: Remote, relocation-friendly

Employment: Full-time

Languages: English B2+/C1, fluent Ukrainian and Russian

The team helps clients get licensed, open bank accounts, incorporate companies, and navigate regulatory environments worldwide.

We expect:

• 1+ year of experience in international corporate law, FinTech consulting, or in-house at a high-risk company
• Proven independent experience opening bank/EMI accounts and/or registering companies in the EU, Asia, or offshore jurisdictions
• Law degree
• Comfortable working without ready-made checklists or step-by-step instructions
• Commercial mindset — able to flag risks and close clients on additional services
• Strong self-management — able to run 10-15 projects in parallel without reminders

Nice to have: knowledge of licensing procedures in iGaming/Brokerage jurisdictions, 2+ years in consulting, crypto licensing experience
