What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including NDAs, DPAs, and SaaS service contracts.
• Advise internal teams on liability, payment flows, IP, and operational risks.
• Support the payment connector project by managing referral and introducer agreements with PSPs and operators.
• Coordinate the legal onboarding of partners and track contract lifecycles.
• Build and maintain internal legal templates, trackers, and contract matrices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Contract Lawyer or Legal Generalist.
• Proven background in iGaming, payments, fintech, or SaaS industries.
• English B2+ and fluent Russian proficiency.
• Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and privacy/IP matters.
• Practical, business-oriented approach to legal problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with referral/introducer agreements and commission/revenue share models.
• Understanding of API integrations, SLA, and limitation of liability clauses.
