Principal T&E Integrator (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Perform rigorous QA/QC on program-wide OT&E tasks and deliverables to ensure test plans maintain high operational realism.
• Create executive-level operational assessments that translate complex technical data and anomalies into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
• Mentor evaluation teams through complex data analysis and stress-testing data collection methodologies.
• Validate the operational survivability and compliance of secure voice and data pipelines under simulated threat conditions.
• Oversee the integration of sensitive cryptographic systems, keyed assets, and secure communication networks throughout the testing lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must possess and be able to maintain an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
• 10+ years of leadership experience, including at least 4 years at the field grade officer, senior warrant officer, senior NCO, or GS-13 level supporting the Department of War.
• 5+ years of dedicated Test & Evaluation (T&E) experience.
• Master’s degree in engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related technical field (or Bachelor’s with 6 additional years relevant experience).
• Mastery of T&E methodologies, test design, and statistical data analysis.
• Exceptional technical writing and briefing skills for senior military and civilian leadership.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of National Security Systems experience.
• COMSEC operational or testing experience and formal Government/DoD-approved COMSEC Management training.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level III (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GSLC) or IASAE Level III architecture certifications.
• Demonstrated mastery of DAWIA T&E Level III standards.
