What you will do

• Drive the product vision and strategy for the recommendation and personalization platform, aligning with strategic objectives.
• Analyze data processing pipelines and algorithms to identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Lead the rollout of platform features to various business units to maximize business impact and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal Business Units to translate their needs into technical solutions and address UI/UX limitations.
• Define clear and concise product specifications in collaboration with engineering and data science teams.
• Plan and manage the overall roadmap and resources to optimize team productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Science, Computer Science, IT, or a business-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical product management.
• 2+ years of experience managing projects from conception to launch.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
• Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative, team-oriented environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with products utilizing machine learning and deep learning.
• Experience working with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
• Knowledge of web tracking and data analytics.
• Strong presentation, product narrative, and negotiation skills.
