Chief of Analysis (Intelligence)

Location: Remote (Must be based in the GCC)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations of the intelligence analysis and Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) division.
• Direct and prioritize analytical activities to align with strategic objectives and operational requirements.
• Establish and enforce analytical tradecraft standards, quality assurance processes, and best practices.
• Review, validate, and approve intelligence products and reports prior to dissemination.
• Serve as the primary interface and provide executive briefings to military commanders and senior government officials.
• Oversee the integration of GEOINT, ISR, OSINT, and All-Source Analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Military Science, Intelligence Studies, Operational Research, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading military analytic teams in joint operational environments.
• Proven track record of establishing multi-source analytic teams and managing intelligence production.
• Extensive experience supporting national security missions or military operations.
• Strong expertise in intelligence analysis methodologies and fusion processes.
• Location: Position based in the GCC; ability to travel within the region.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting NATO, U.S., or GCC military and defense organizations.
• Knowledge of Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regional security dynamics.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Advanced military education or intelligence leadership training.
