What you will do

• Build, maintain, and publish clinician rotas across the clinical team.
• Plan clinical capacity and appointment availability to match patient demand.
• Monitor clinician utilisation, adjust schedules, and manage annual leave, sickness, and study leave.
• Coordinate shift changes, resolve scheduling issues, and identify future capacity risks.
• Act as the main operational contact for clinicians regarding schedules, availability, and day-to-day queries.
• Collaborate with Patient Support, Pharmacy, and Clinical teams while supporting clinician onboarding and operational reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare operations, clinic coordination, workforce planning, rota coordination, or medical administration.
• Experience managing rotas, schedules, diaries, or operational planning in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Good IT skills, including experience with scheduling systems, spreadsheets, or clinical software.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
