Online Brand Protection Moderator (German with Arabic or Turkish)

What you will do

• Monitor and analyse marketplaces, social media, websites, app stores, search engines, and other online platforms for intellectual property infringements and impersonation.
• Report infringing content to platforms, internet intermediaries, and other third parties, then track enforcement status and escalate takedown requests.
• Research infringement data using internal systems, Talisman, scraper tools, and other sources to identify trends and develop countermeasures.
• Maintain accurate enforcement records and prepare client insights, presentations, reports, and responses to enquiries.
• Attend client meetings and collaborate with Client Managers, Client Coordinators, brand owners, and platform contacts.
• Contribute to workflow improvements, team knowledge sharing, automation ideas, and enhanced data visualisation.

Requirements

• Fluent German and either Arabic or Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Strong interest in online brand protection and/or intellectual property.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organisational, time-management, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to process large volumes of statistical and qualitative data with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet tools, browser extensions, and OSINT tools; ability to work with colleagues in locations around the world.
