What you will do

• Own digital analytics reporting and insights for the member portal, website, and mobile app.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, conversion funnels, and user behavior trends.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports to communicate KPIs to stakeholders.
• Partner with Product and UX teams to define success metrics for new features.
• Implement tracking plans, tagging strategies, and event instrumentation.
• Conduct A/B test analysis and support experimentation initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in digital, product, or web/app analytics.
• Strong proficiency with analytics platforms like GA4, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying large datasets.

Nice to have

• Experience analyzing healthcare or consumer digital experiences.
• Familiarity with mobile app analytics and attribution platforms.
• Understanding of HIPAA and data privacy best practices.
• Experience working in Agile product environments.
