What you will do

• Transform product hypotheses into testable designs and analyze results to directly influence the product roadmap.
• Analyze client behavior across onboarding, capital calls, and reporting to identify and resolve friction points.
• Develop automated data products to enable Product Managers to self-serve common analysis requests.
• Act as a strategic sounding board for the VP of Product and VP of Engineering before major decisions.
• Own the end-to-end analytics process within a lean, high-speed, low-bureaucracy environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product analytics at a B2B company, ideally within fintech or investing.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and dbt.
• Solid understanding of statistics to ensure data soundness and reliability.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate complex insights in plain language.
• AI-native mindset, focusing on automating repetitive tasks.
• Location: Must be based in Berlin for a hybrid setup (3 days/week in office).

• Experience with PostHog or similar event-tracking tools.
