What you will do

• Manage, analyze, and resolve Tier 2/3 support tickets submitted by users.
• Perform data investigation and issue resolution using complex SQL queries and JOIN statements.

• Ensure the stability and performance of supported applications.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in IT technical support roles.
• Solid proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and JOIN statements.
• French language proficiency (B2).
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese/EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
• Availability for a hybrid work model (2 days per week in Porto or Lisbon).
