What you will do

• Analyze KPIs and dashboards to provide strategic advice and highlight trends for Business Managers.
• Develop three-statement financial models and scenario analyses for high-stakes investment and cash management decisions.
• Manage and benchmark opex and capex across European operations, aligning estimates with business goals.
• Optimize financial processes to ensure operations remain lean and scalable during rapid network expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across commercial, marketing, operations, and engineering departments.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual IFRS reporting and engage in dialogues with the Audit Committee.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business control or FP&A roles.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Expertise in management control, investment appraisal, and valuation.
• Ability to build scalable financial tools and efficiently handle large, complex datasets.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of accounting, tax, and treasury domains.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
