Frontend Team Lead (Vue.js)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Frontend developers within the Marketing Tech and Social domain.
• Drive high-level architecture and design decisions for complex software systems to ensure performance and scalability.
• Execute the technical roadmap for migrating the platform to Nuxt.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
• Optimize site load speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO for high-traffic environments.
• Maintain hands-on contribution through coding, architecture design, and code reviews.
• Manage team performance, conduct 1-on-1s, and handle work allocation and career development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience with a primary focus on Frontend technologies.
• 2+ years of experience in a formal leadership or line management role.
• Technical mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), CSS preprocessors (Less/Sass), Webpack, and Git.
• Proven experience with state management architectures (e.g., Vuex, Redux).
• Experience planning and executing large-scale web migrations using Nuxt.js or other SSR frameworks.
• Track record in web performance engineering and Core Web Vitals optimization.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern end-to-end testing tools like Playwright.
• Basic understanding of backend environments (Java, Spring Boot) and DevOps concepts (AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
