What you will do

• Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and market data.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and networking sites.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications via ATS and conduct phone interviews to determine fit.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing plans to align with search requirements.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate candidate acceptances.
• Maintain talent pipelines and provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics and efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting within manufacturing environments (e.g., Machine Operators, Maintenance, Forklift).
• Essential background in recruiting for the US market.
• Fluent English proficiency is essential.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
