What you will do

• Design and build production AI systems that automate complex decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Roughly 2–10+ years of exceptional engineering experience.
• Must be based in or able to work in-person in New York City.
• Outstanding computer science, mathematics, or engineering background from a globally recognised technical university.
• Success in international programming, mathematics, or science competitions.
• Engineering experience at a top quantitative trading firm or a technically demanding AI startup.
• Strong coding fundamentals and the ability to solve difficult problems from first principles.
