What you will do

• Manage a diverse portfolio of customer accounts from initial signature through renewal.
• Ensure customers achieve desired outcomes by coordinating with Onboarding, Professional Services, and Tech Support teams.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive and technical stakeholders.
• Monitor customer utilization and health scores to proactively address at-risk accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews and analyze data to identify expansion opportunities.
• Own the renewal process, including contract management and commercial negotiations.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in Turkey
• Proven track record in account management, retention, and value creation.
• Experience in a Success or Renewals role within a high-tech or cybersecurity organization.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cross-functional priorities.
