What you will do

• Manage customer care and after-sales services as an active member of the accounts team.
• Analyze and optimize customer-relevant KPIs, presenting results in quarterly meetings.
• Coordinate monthly rolling forecasts to improve accuracy in supply and demand.
• Identify and implement improvements for supply chain service levels in packaging and materials.
• Monitor finished goods inventory and promote the use of digital self-service tools.
• Lead independent projects focused on the development of key performance figures.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar customer service or supply chain role.
• Must be based in Istanbul, Türkiye.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, CRM, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical thinking and business communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently under pressure.
