What you will do

• Operate large-scale on-premises Kubernetes clusters including CNI and CSI configuration.
• Manage GPU compute nodes using NVIDIA BCM and optimize model performance with Run: AI.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
• Configure complex networking, firewalls, and load balancing for on-prem environments.
• Ensure all infrastructure meets strict banking-grade compliance and security standards.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and lead small delivery teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Deep hands-on expertise in on-premises Kubernetes.
• Strong experience managing GPU compute infrastructure (NVIDIA BCM, Run: AI).
• Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD for pipeline automation.
• Solid networking fundamentals including firewalls, load balancing, and VPNs.
• Experience working directly with banking or other regulated-industry clients.
