What you will do

• Lead the development of the global revenue recognition framework and provide expert IFRS 15 guidance on complex commercial arrangements.
• Collaborate with senior partners across Finance, Commercial, Legal, Tax, and Technology to influence strategic programs.
• Enhance global revenue governance by strengthening controls and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive transformation initiatives to improve efficiency through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to build capability across the global finance community.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Deep technical expertise in IFRS 15 (or ASC 606) within a multinational or listed organization.
• Proven experience leading complex accounting matters and influencing senior stakeholders in a global matrix environment.
• Experience in delivering change, improving governance, and driving operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and relationship-building skills to balance technical requirements with commercial goals.
