What you will do

• Implement and optimize workplace security solutions covering endpoint protection, data security, and vulnerability management.
• Translate customer business and security requirements into practical technical designs.
• Support solution deployment, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Work with Microsoft and multi-vendor security technologies, including endpoint security, SIEM, and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with presales, delivery teams, and customers on workshops, solution scoping, and project execution.
• Share security knowledge and stay current with evolving security trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience supporting or delivering IT or security solutions in a consulting, service provider, or enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with workplace or endpoint security technologies and tools.
• Understanding of security operations, troubleshooting, and incident investigation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical security solutions with technical teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business audiences.
• Proactive mindset, strong learning agility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
