Salary: €85,000 – €115,000 per year

What you will do

• Run planning and control cycles for supply chain spend, including reporting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Partner with the COO and Head of Operations to provide financial insights and ensure P&L control.
• Translate financial results into meaningful insights and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Build and evaluate business cases for operational improvements and investments.
• Architect a professionalized, forward-looking operations control environment to support long-term growth.
• Elevate financial awareness across teams to make finance accessible and strategic.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business control, FP&A, or financial analysis.
• Must be based in the Netherlands (no relocation support provided).
• Academic degree in finance, economics, or business.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial reporting tools.
• English: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required.
• Experience in FMCG or fast-paced scale-up environments is a strong plus.
