What you will do

• Plan and coordinate daily team operations and development pipelines.
• Maintain an uninterrupted product development cycle.
• Manage project risks, scope changes, and organizational blockers.
• Keep project processes and documentation up to date.
• Facilitate effective communication across the project team and company departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing IT or GameDev projects.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and systematic mindset.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and resolve organizational bottlenecks.
• Constructive communication skills across different disciplines.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Dnipro.

Nice to have

• Experience in mobile GameDev.
• Understanding of the full game development pipeline (Art, Animation, Development, QA).
• Experience in preparing games for Soft Launch or operating live projects.
