What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project delivery within a Fixed Price engagement model.
• Ensure project execution aligns with agreed SOW, scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate estimation activities and maintain detailed project plans.
• Monitor project performance and proactively identify potential deviations.
• Manage scope changes through a structured Change Request process, including impact assessment and customer negotiation.
• Present regular status reports and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Fixed Price delivery and SOW management.
• Proven experience in scope control, Change Request management, and preventing scope creep.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to handle difficult negotiations.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required
