What you will do

• Create and curate fashion capsules, owning the quality and logic from concept to publication.
• Develop moodboards and remotely approve styling for catalog shoots.
• Align fashion perspectives with product goals during content-product meetings.
• Build systems, templates, and SOPs to optimize and scale operational processes.
• Hire, onboard, and train Fashion Content Assistants to maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in fashion operations, styling coordination, or fashion content production.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and high visual quality standards.
• Proven organizational skills and experience in building cross-team workflows and SOPs.
• Hands-on experience with AI image and style generation tools.
• Excellent communication skills for representing fashion priorities in cross-functional discussions.
• Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience as a stylist or stylist assistant.
• Professional background in fashion tech.
