What you will do

• Manage post-approval administration for unsecured loans through to drawdown, ensuring timely documentation and payments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and direct customers to support commercial success.
• Manage a pipeline of cases to ensure adherence to team service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
• Satisfy operational approval conditions pre-drawdown, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails for MI and monitoring within the Core Banking system.
• Collaborate with Distribution, CDD, and Underwriting departments to resolve complex queries.

Requirements

• Strong experience in customer-facing or telephone service roles.
• Proficiency in using core banking systems and workflow/task management tools.
• Experience handling complex complaints and taking ownership of customer concerns through to resolution.
• Knowledge of core processes including account opening, payments processing, and KYC case referrals.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Milton Keynes office in a hybrid capacity.
