TL;DR

Cash Operations Administrator (Fintech): Managing cash flows and record keeping for funds moving in and out of the investment platform with an accent on FCA regulation compliance. Focus on processing fund movements between client and bank accounts and ensuring accuracy of client money protection.

Location: Hybrid (Manchester); must spend 3-4 days per week in the office, with the first 3 months being full-time onsite.

Salary: Starting salary of £25,400

What you will do

• Process fund movements between customer accounts, internal bank accounts, and external investment partners.
• Execute cash movements via online banking systems and identify/apply incoming payments.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure all client money is protected according to FCA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve SLAs and KPIs through effective workflow delivery.
• Support other internal teams by providing service and answering queries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
• Strong numerical ability and competent IT skills, specifically with Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, occasionally unsupervised.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Manchester office.
