TL;DR
Client Onboarding Specialist (SaaS): Managing the activation and implementation process for new customers to ensure a smooth transition to the platform with an accent on content migration and personalized training. Focus on project management, stakeholder coordination, and reducing friction during the initial customer journey.
Location: Must have the legal right to work in Australia; hybrid setup in Sydney (4 days office, 1 day WFH).

What you will do
- Partner with sales teams to ensure successful customer transitions and set them up for success.
- Manage content migration (reservation details, pricing, descriptions) and build trips for clients.
- Deliver personalized training to ensure customers are confident using the platform.
- Lead multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, taking full ownership of delivery.
- Identify potential pain points or red flags early and proactively address them.
- Conduct occasional onsite client visits (1-2 times per quarter).
Requirements
- Legal right to work in Australia (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and expectations.
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently across different time zones with minimal supervision.
Nice to have
- Experience in travel tech or SMB-focused SaaS.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, Confluence, and Loom.
- Background in teaching, Onboarding, Customer Success, or Implementation roles.
- Experience designing and implementing operational best practices and processes.
