What you will do

• Manage end-to-end content delivery through vendors and optimize the content supply chain strategy.
• Negotiate prices and terms for projects while ensuring compliance with SOWs, SLAs, and rate cards.
• Drive a strategic transition from managed services to SaaS and AI-driven automation.
• Collaborate with product and content teams to align production strategies with the business roadmap.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives and serve as the divisional representative for content operations.
• Oversee and mentor offshore vendor teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar vendor management or content operations role.
• Master’s degree in business, Law, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of vendor management, content metadata, and process optimization.
• Strong financial literacy and communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and lead organizational change initiatives.
• Must be able to appear onsite at the hirify.global office for recruitment and work.
