Content Vendor Manager (AI)

Location: Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands; applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of primary and secondary legal content through vendors, from acquisition and maintenance to enrichment and release.
• Translate Product and Content requirements into processes and solutions that support KLI roadmaps and business objectives.
• Manage vendor performance, service quality, Statements of Work, Service Level Agreements, rate cards, invoices, and budgets.
• Lead content and vendor-related projects, including print vendor management and divisional program alignment.
• Optimize vendor costs, content workflows, system performance, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive the transition from managed services to SaaS and automation, implementing AI where it improves efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role and a master’s degree in any field.
• Experience in vendor management business processes, content operations, process optimization, and content metadata.
• Experience with legal content or legal data is advantageous.
• Knowledge of vendor management and content best practices, market competition, and differentiators.
• Strong communication, financial literacy, self-organization, change leadership, and influencing skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems by analyzing information from multiple sources and collaborate across diverse global teams.
