Content Coordinator (Media)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; onsite at the Amsterdam office

What you will do

• Source and manage content, technical metadata, editorial metadata, and full sourcing packages required for publication.
• Register content in the database and oversee timely, accurate publication across linear and non-linear platforms.
• Coordinate subtitling, dubbing, access services, and editorial metadata with Brands and localization departments.
• Track content and localization availability, follow up on missing items, and ensure database metadata remains consistent.
• Update legacy content to current specification standards and provide operational support for teams and projects.
• Connect global stakeholders, identify workflow efficiencies, and propose improvements to the Media Supply Chain.

Requirements

• Effective communication in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Cooperative, solution-driven, adaptable, and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to follow up on requests and complaints and keep supervisors informed.
• Full-time availability for a fixed-term position of 7 months.

Nice to have

• Vocational college or Bachelor's degree.
• Starter profile or more than 2 years of work experience.
