What you will do

• Collaborate with GTM teams (Account Executives and Solutions Architects) to ensure successful deployment of ML solutions.
• Build and present compelling proof-of-concept (PoC) applications to demonstrate AI technology capabilities.
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered applications tailored to specific customer needs.
• Contribute to the internal ML platform through feature development and bug fixes.
• Integrate and enable new machine learning models within the existing platform or client environments.
• Optimize the efficiency, performance, and scalability of deployed models and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong preference for customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Python and robust coding skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex technical projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF/RFT).
• Solid understanding of generative AI principles and enterprise infrastructure.
