TL;DR
Lead Data Platform Developer (AI): Leading the architecture, design, and development of a scalable internal machine learning and generative AI platform with an accent on high-performance data processing and infrastructure robustness. Focus on building scalable systems using Kubernetes, Apache Flink, and Ray to support GenAI agent applications and large-scale telematics data integration.
Location: Must be based in Singapore (Remote/Hybrid)

What you will do
- Architect and develop scalable data platforms using Kubernetes, Apache Flink, and Ray.
- Build and maintain infrastructure for machine learning models and generative AI applications.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting services to ensure platform health.
- Enrich big data pipelines with telematics data at scale.
- Collaborate with data scientists to support infrastructure needs for AI initiatives.
- Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and lead performance optimization efforts.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore.
- 10+ years of experience in software development with production-level Python.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing and developing teams.
- Proven experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in AI/ML platforms and Big Data environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional leadership.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of fine-tuning and self-hosting vision LLMs.
- Experience with generative AI frameworks like Langgraph, CrewAI, or LiteLLM.
- Familiarity with VertexAI, Bedrock, or Google BigQuery.
