What you will do

• Develop high-availability AI cloud services, including GPU virtual machines, bare-metal services, and cloud networking.
• Build managed Kubernetes services featuring GPU-native orchestration and intelligent scheduling for AI workloads.
• Create platforms for distributed model training, fine-tuning, and serverless inference for LLM and multimodal models.
• Design enterprise AI Agent platforms incorporating workflow orchestration, RAG systems, and memory systems.
• Implement advanced GPU resource scheduling and MLOps/LLMOps platforms for large-scale infrastructure.
• Participate in an 18-month rotational program to develop cross-functional technical and business skills under mentorship.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate (Bachelors, Masters, PhD) or candidate with up to 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, C++, Java, or Rust.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, OpenStack, or other cloud-native technologies.
• Proven achievements in academic research, open-source contributions, or programming competitions.
• Strong ownership mentality and commitment to engineering discipline.
