What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of full-stack engineers, overseeing hiring, coaching, and career growth.
• Define the product vision and roadmap for Software Delivery platforms, focusing on release orchestration and visibility.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Security teams to remove bottlenecks and align delivery goals.
• Ensure reliable execution of client software updates through mature automation and continuous improvement.
• Build scalable systems for release intelligence and operational visibility to improve organizational decision-making.
• Drive the evolution of software delivery practices via progressive delivery and engineering self-service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 4+ years.
• Proven experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong systems thinking capability to design complex, interconnected platforms.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear direction and measurable outcomes.
• English: Fluent written and oral communication required.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
