Location: Hybrid (Levice, Slovakia), home office possible 2 days a week

Salary: Basic wage from 3,300 EUR/month

What you will do

• Conduct audits of engineering, design, construction, commissioning, and quality management within large EPC projects.
• Assess design reviews, engineering change management, and documentation control for compliance with standards.
• Evaluate construction governance, contractor performance, and commissioning readiness.
• Identify technical risks, including scope gaps and quality failures, and ensure mitigation measures are in place.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering efficiency and risk management practices.

Requirements

• Engineering degree with 7–15 years of experience in industrial projects (construction, commissioning, or site execution).
• Deep knowledge of plant design and quality management standards (ISO 9001).
• Ability to translate technical risks into business impacts.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
