What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for spatial data management, CAD/CAFM administration, and occupancy analytics.
• Establish and maintain global data governance, quality assurance, and reporting standards.
• Act as the global CAFM system administrator, overseeing integrations, user access, and platform improvements.
• Collaborate with space planners and strategists to support allocation processes and client service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence by recommending process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in corporate real estate, space planning, or CAFM administration.
• Strong expertise in architectural drawings, BOMA space standards, and CAFM/IWMS platforms (e.g., Archibus, Tririga).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics tools such as Power BI.
• Experience in enterprise system administration and collaborating across multiple regions and time zones.
