What you will do

• Manage end-to-end software licensing and IT services renewals, acquisitions, and expansion requests.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with software and service providers.
• Engage stakeholders and product owners to validate business requirements and forecast future needs.
• Coordinate vendor evaluations with procurement, legal, security, and architecture teams.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive commercial value across the IT portfolio.
• Maintain accurate renewal pipelines, reporting, and commercial forecasts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of IT procurement experience.
• Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements, contracts, and vendor pricing arrangements.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models including SaaS, subscription, and perpetual.
• Financial and commercial analysis capability with advanced Excel reporting skills.
• Experience managing multiple software and services contracts and renewals simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using ServiceNow, Workday, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of IT procurement governance, software asset management, and vendor risk processes.
• Experience managing enterprise software portfolios within consulting or professional services environments.
• Experience supporting Statement of Work (SoW) creation and administration.
